The North Face Osolita Jacket for Girls - Waterproof & Lightweight Kids' Outdoor Jacket - Perfect for Hiking, School & Winter Play

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loved it!! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it sheds terribly. Once it was washed (by itself) a couple times, it was much better.The jacket is authentic; however, it is the oldest version with the short arms. If you are northface savvy, you will know what I'm talking about. This is our 3rd NF replacement child medium-- both previous purchases from the NF store (our first was short arms, second was newer version with longer arms, this is like the first). Outer packaging smelled like a burnt tires and motor oil, but jacket inside was fine.The different colors are different seasons so the sizes are off. The Large purple is actually a 14/16 which is way to big for my 11 year old and the teal medium is which is 8-10 is way to small. The medium purple would have fit her. I am now on my second round of returning this jacket.I originally brought this for my teen daughter for Christmas not knowing it was for a younger size so I decided to keep it and give it to my granddaughter. So far, she's been wearing it everytime that I see her so I am assuming that she loves it.Beautiful jacket however I ordered t thought a woman’s small but got a child’s small. Didn’t know this till after the return date since I sent it to my granddaughter for her birthday so I missed the date to be able to return. So nothing I can do about it.Horrible jacket. The fuz got every where!! Even stuck on the seat belt when my daughter wore it. She loved it Bc it said “North Face”. Next time just spend the money & buy the real thing.Christmas gift for granddaughter. Typical NF quality. Personally I prefer a style with a hood but granddaughter is happy.Purchased for my 13 year old daughter, fits well, material does come off on shirts is the only negative. Good price and stylish.I actually bought this for myself and its so cute and warm. It will get lots of use when the weather starts getting cooler. Looks great, comfy and such a nice colour! A bonus that it's a brilliant price for NF!Cosy, fluffy inside and out. Warm and comfortable. Often have to send fleeces back as too restrictive for child with sensory processing issues. This is a big hit and worn every day.Very warm & cosy I ordered pink it looks much better in real life I wear it with my ballet outfitGood quality but a lot larger than expectedon amazon it is much cheaper online as I payed £30 for mine and online they range up to £75 however I would sixe up and bear in mind that is a thin fleece
